What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for made to measure goods. If the case of ready made items this is possible, however depending on the type of blinds we may charge a re-stocking fee and/or the collection charge.

How should I measure for my blinds?

Measure the recess left wall to right wall and top to bottom and then select the option Inside for the recess. Depending on the type of blind we will make allowances for the blind to operate correctly.

Can I arrange a delivery date?

Unfortunately we cannot give exact delivery dates on Made to measure products. You will receive an email with your consignment number after the order has been despatched so you can call the carrier and arrange delivery with them. Also if the carrier misses you on the first delivery they will leave a card and you can contact them to rearrange delivery.

Can I to take off/replace slats on my wooden blinds?

Yes, this is possible. All you have to do is take the caps off from the bottom bars (the pieces that are holding the strings in place). Then take the string off the slats and run it through the 10th slat as well. Once you have done that and ran the string through all the slats just secure the caps at the bottom of the bar again.

Do you deliver outside UK?

Unfortunately we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
